This is an eight-week group study on how to change. This life-changing program is offered by Restore Ministries, the YMCA of Middle Tennessee’s healing ministry. Journey to Freedom provides the foundation for transformation with biblical principles for defeating the strongholds in your life. This group study will help you to create a personal plan of action to bring about successful and lasting changes in your life and overcome obstacles such as: low self-esteem, co-dependency, alcohol/drug abuse, depression, sexual compulsivity/pornography, eating disorders, marital/family problems, loss/grief issues, obsessive/compulsive disorders, and ANY obstacle holding you back from living life fully.
This incredible ministry believes that a child of divorce does not have to grow up ‘broken’, but instead can be nurtured and given an opportunity to be whole as they grow into an adult. The purpose of Christian CoParenting is to equip parents with specific, practical, realistic, and Biblical principles and ideas on how to CoParent with confidence, flexibility, and hope! Their vision is that a child can be raised in two happy homes between parents who are kind and considerate, intentional and proactive, and above all are Christ-like in their CoParenting.
Team Faith is a non-profit multi-faceted Outreach Ministry that impacts people who are enthusiastic about Action Sports. We started in 1994 in the Pro Personal Watercraft Racing Industry and have migrated to the Pro Motocross Racing and Freestyle Motocross Industries respectively. Team Faith's vision is to establish evangelism teams of action sports athletes led by "Pit Pastors", (Chaplains), to infiltrate professional racing circuits and other action sports events. In addition to ministering and competeing on the Toyota National Arenacross Series, Team Faith provides Spiritual Services for the IJSBA World Finals of Watercraft Racing, the CMRC Canadian Outdoor National Motocross Series, the AST Dew Action Sports Tour and the Summer X-Games. We also compete on the Supercross Series and perform Freestyle Jumpshows for the US Air Force during halftime intermission on the National Arenacross Series. Our FMX team has performed over 250 evangelistic jump shows at festivals, fairs, corporate events, churches and youth groups all over the country.
They have a simple mission: to impact as many lives as possible with the gift of shoes. We are encouraging churches, youth groups, and small groups to get involved by collecting shoes in order to make a huge impact in their own hearts and lives around the world. These are the shoes your family has that are just hanging around. The footwear industry makes a matching new shoe donation for each used pair donated. Several people from our church recently returned from a missions trip to Tegucigalpa, Honduras in June 2007, and then again in June 2008. Others have taken trips to Venezuela and to the Gulf Coast for hurricane relief efforts. 4 Corners has been instrumental in coordinating those efforts and our return trip to Honduras in June 2008.
